I
was going to try and explain the differences between e-readers on the
market, but when I found this post, I had to share. A candid look at
prices, features, pros and cons of almost every e-reader available,
including the ones who've gone bust. If you're looking to buy, look
before you leap! The one takeaway I got was that a Kobo device allows
you to read your purchases on any other device. Great news for those of
us who love reading on more than one! Here's the Chamber Four blog link,
dear readers.

I have a Nook Color and I hate it. I took it on vacation last summer and ended up at a local library every day looking at my e-mail.
ReplyDeleteI finally settled on the Asus TF-300 with 32gig of memory and Android 4.0. I got it at Amazon for 329.00. Go know a month later, Best Buy would have the Samsung on sale for the same price including the case. Still and all, the Asus has an ez to use kbd on screen, is fast and runs both kindle and Nook formats (with the app installed). All in all a fairly nice choice in my mind.
Hi Nora,
ReplyDeleteWas your ASUS reader on this list? I couldn't find it. I have an ASUS computer that has served me well (so far)! Thanks for sharing your information.
See you in my books,

Thanks for the info. One day I'll take the plunge and get an e-reader.

Ann, you're welcome. With an iPad and an iPhone, I read on those. But if I had to spend some bucks, I'd read carefully and ask around! Thanks for your comment. Good luck!
