Lately, recreational reading has re-entered my life for reasons I may choose discuss someday. But not today. One book worth telling you about was "The Cemetery Club" by Blanche Day Manos and Barbara Burgess.
There was nothing I didn't like about this cozy mystery. From the gruesome discovery of the body under a pile of brush, which gave me chills, to escaping the bad guys, this book held my attention until the end. If you like a great story with a sprinkling of Oklahoma history and heart, read "The Cemetery Club." Here is a link to the series:

Susan - my granddaughter is making me some chocolate tea. It's Guayaki Brand Yerba Mate Mate Chocolate. I'll let you know how I like it.
DeleteWell, I couldn't taste the chocolate. It was more like cinnamon, but still pretty good. However, I prefer Lady Gray and more traditional teas.

Nancy Jill, there was a beautiful tea house in a Victorian home my friends and I used to frequent quite often with gorgeous dining rooms, beautiful tables, chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, etc. We used to sit by a window overlooking a beautiful garden. I described this place in The Ginseng Conspiracy although in the book it is a patisserie. Unfortunately the tea house closed. Now we have teas at our homes once in a while.
